The Baby Smokerlyzer Bedfont Scientific piCO Baby Smokerlyzer is a non-invasive breath carbon monoxide (CO) monitor designed specifically for use with pregnant smokers. It allows healthcare professionals to measure and display carbon monoxide exposure clearly, helping expectant mothers visualise the impact of smoking on both maternal and foetal health. The piCO Baby Smokerlyzer delivers rapid, easy-to-understand results using a traffic light system combined with numerical readouts. Carbon monoxide levels are displayed in parts per million (ppm), alongside estimated maternal carboxyhaemoglobin (%COHb) and foetal carboxyhaemoglobin (%FCOHb).
