Please note that CPAP masks & CPAP accessories (water chamber, hose, filters etc) are considered as hygienic medical equipment and, as such, cannot be returned once opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. However, we do accept returns of non-opened masks if they are still inside their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. You will receive a complete reimbursement, covering your shipping expenses, in the following scenarios:

 **Under what circumstances might you receive only a partial refund?**

1. If the item has already been dispatched and you change your mind without any damage, you will receive a refund for the item's price minus the shipping fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

2. For brand-new items that have been opened and used, even briefly, without defects, we may accept the return but deduct 40% from the original item price.
