Cpap machine has lost air pressure power and is too low .
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the air pressure on your ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset CPAP Machine — we completely understand how frustrating this can be.
We do want to gently remind you that the machine has been in use for over 8 months since your purchase back in October 2024. As it was a second-hand unit offered at a reduced price, we had hoped it would serve its purpose during this time.
While we are naturally a little disappointed to see a 2-star review, we absolutely value you as our customer. If you'd like, please feel free to get in touch with us directly — we're more than happy to see how we can help and assist you further.
Thank you again for your understanding and for choosing us.
I love this company it’s so helpful this made a noise down the tube but it works fine now
After the hinge inside broke i could not close the lid correctly and air started leaking out around the back of the unit, so I i needed a replacement unit, the original Phiilips part was around £150 but this was exactly the same at half the price so far it works fine and I'm very pleased with it
I am sorry but I never receive this purchase...
Please refund my order !!!
