Philips Trilogy Evo Portable Hospital to Home Ventilator for Reliable Portable and Long Term Respiratory Support

The Philips Trilogy Evo ventilator is a next generation portable life support system designed to provide consistent, high performance ventilation across hospital, transport and home care environments. It supports both invasive and non invasive ventilation for adult and paediatric patients, enabling smooth transitions from acute care to community settings without compromising clinical standards.

With advanced monitoring, adaptive algorithms and a wide range of ventilation modes, Trilogy Evo automatically compensates for leak and changes in patient condition. An internal battery, combined with a detachable battery, offers up to 15 hours of operation, while the intuitive touchscreen interface supports safe and efficient use in busy clinical environments and at home.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Designed for use across hospital, transport and home care pathways.
  • Supports both invasive and non invasive ventilation for adults and children.
  • Advanced modes including pressure control, volume control and spontaneous timed ventilation.
  • Extended mobility with up to 15 hours total battery run time using internal and detachable batteries.
  • Robust construction suitable for dynamic environments and medical transport.
  • Comprehensive monitoring of pressure, flow, volume, SpO₂ and EtCO₂ when accessories are used.
  • Bluetooth and USB connectivity for data transfer to Care Orchestrator and local devices.
  • Configurable alarms and controls to tailor therapy to individual patient needs.

Included Accessories

  • Tubing (patient circuit) as shown – see configuration details for exact contents.

For Use in Dynamic Environments

Trilogy Evo is designed for use in a wide variety of care settings, including sub acute and chronic care facilities, patients’ homes and during daily activities. The housing and accessories are built for durability to withstand movement and transport, including use on roll stands, trolleys and wheelchairs.

Long Lasting Battery Life

Ventilator dependent patients benefit from both an internal and a detachable lithium ion battery, providing up to 15 hours of nominal run time in total. This offers more freedom and security compared with older systems, and supports use on the move with roll stand or wheelchair mounts and a carry bag.

Meeting Changing Patient Needs

Trilogy Evo provides invasive and non invasive support with sensitivity suitable for a broad range of adult and paediatric patients. Volume and pressure modes, AVAPS AE, plus optional SpO₂ and EtCO₂ monitoring and alarms for every parameter, allow flexible and responsive care. The system supports multiple circuit configurations to match different clinical requirements.

Streamlined Data Accessibility

Trilogy Evo uses Bluetooth connectivity to send patient and device data to Care Orchestrator, Philips cloud based management platform. This supports coordinated care, adherence monitoring and protocol driven follow up. Data can also be downloaded locally at the point of care via USB for review and documentation.
