Lowenstein Prisma Vent 40 Patient Ventilator (Mfd 2020)

The portable patient ventilator Lowenstein Prisma Vent 40 is a compact, high-performance non-invasive ventilation system designed for hospital, home and transport care. Manufactured in 2020, it delivers pressures up to 40 cmH₂O and a high flow output above 200 L/min, ensuring stable and responsive respiratory support. With advanced synchronisation tools and multiple ventilation modes, it adapts to varied clinical needs.

This portable ventilator features AirTrapControl, Trigger Lockout and Expiratory Ramp for smooth patient-ventilator coordination. Weighing only 2.4 kg and operating at around 26 dBA, it is suitable for bedside or mobile use. Although brand new and unused, the internal battery has reached the end of its service life and will show a replacement warning. A new battery can be purchased from Lowenstein if required.

 

Important Notice

The internal lithium battery may have reached the end of its service life due to previous usage; however, the ventilator itself remains in pristine condition and functions normally when connected to mains power. You may see a "Battery life ended – change battery" message on startup. A replacement battery is available directly from Lowenstein if needed. This does not impact the device's clinical performance once a fresh battery is installed.
