• The defibrillator powers up on mains and battery, completing the initial system self-test successfully.
• LCD screen, soft-keys, function-select knob and pacer rotary dials are in good working order.
• LCD screen has no scratches or marks.
• Both manual and AED defibrillation modes are selectable and working.
• Output energy delivered was verified using defib analyser and found to be within limit.
• Sync mode is working fine.
• ECG tested using simulator and accurate results were seen.
• Pacing mode is selectable and working.
• Printer is in good working order.
• Battery pack was low on charge at time of test, need charging or replacing.

Overall, the defibrillator is in reasonably good physical condition aside from a few signs of wear i.e. the back of the unit is slightly discoloured.
