The set covers the full procedural sequence in one tray: sponge holders and ovum forceps, two patterns of vulsellum forceps, a double ended Sims speculum, a graduated run of ten Pratts dilators from 9/11 through to 45/47, a stainless steel kidney dish and gallipot, and a side perforated wire DIN basket sized to take the whole set through a CSSD cycle. Supplied non-sterile, sterilise before use
- These instruments are supplied non-sterile. They must be decontaminated and sterilised in line with the receiving organisation's decontamination policy and the manufacturer instructions before any clinical use.
- The set is reusable and intended to be processed through a CSSD cycle. The wire DIN basket is sized to hold the full set through washing and sterilisation.
- For use by suitably qualified healthcare professionals only.
- Inspect every instrument before use for burrs, misalignment, damaged teeth and ratchet function, and withdraw any instrument that fails inspection.
New and boxed
The set is supplied new in the manufacturer's carton with each instrument individually packaged and labelled with its reference and lot number. Box contents are checked against the packing list before dispatch.
