The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet (Ref. 39163) is an advanced auto-adjusting CPAP device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It continuously adapts therapy pressure to the patient's breathing pattern throughout the night, with AutoSet for Her available as a dedicated therapy mode. The integrated HumidAir 11 humidifier is built into the device and delivers consistent heated humidification to help prevent nasal and oral dryness during therapy. A colour touchscreen with Care Check-In setup assistance and myAir app integration make this a highly accessible CPAP system. This listing is for the machine with its standard in-box contents only. CPAP mask, ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing and water chamber are not included and must be purchased separately.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
