The Philips Trilogy Evo is a next-generation portable life-support ventilator designed to provide consistent, high-performance ventilation across hospital, transport and home care environments. It supports both invasive and non-invasive ventilation for adult and paediatric patients, enabling smooth transitions from acute care to community settings without compromising clinical standards.
With advanced monitoring, adaptive algorithms and a wide range of ventilation modes, the Trilogy Evo automatically compensates for leak and changes in patient condition. The internal battery combined with the detachable battery offers up to 15 hours of operation, and the 8-inch touchscreen interface supports safe, efficient use in busy clinical environments and at home. Units are manufactured in 2020, run software version 1.06.10.00, and are sold individually according to the blower hours used; select the blower hours from the options below.

Important - read before purchase: the Trilogy Evo is a life-support medical device. It is supplied pre-owned WITHOUT a patient circuit; a new patient circuit, bacterial filters and interface appropriate to the intended circuit configuration MUST be fitted before any use, and the ventilator must be commissioned, checked and configured by a qualified ventilator engineer or clinical technologist before being placed into service with a patient.
Ventilator settings must only be prescribed and adjusted under the direction of the responsible clinician. Each unit is sold according to its blower hour meter reading; select the blower hours from the options below the price.
Trolley stand: a trolley stand is available for this ventilator but is NOT included in the shipping price. It can be collected free of charge from our Leeds premises, or buyers may arrange their own courier collection for it at their expense. Contact us before or after ordering to arrange either option.

The Trilogy Evo is designed for a wide variety of care settings, including sub-acute and chronic care facilities, patients' homes and daily activities. The housing and accessories are built for durability to withstand movement and transport, including use on roll stands, trolleys and wheelchairs.
Long-Lasting Battery Life
Ventilator-dependent patients benefit from both an internal and a detachable lithium-ion battery, providing up to 15 hours of nominal run time in total. This offers more freedom and security compared with older systems, and supports use on the move with roll stand or wheelchair mounts and a carry bag.
Meeting Changing Patient Needs
The Trilogy Evo provides invasive and non-invasive support with sensitivity suitable for a broad range of adult and paediatric patients. Volume and pressure modes, AVAPS-AE, plus optional SpO2 and EtCO2 monitoring and alarms for every parameter allow flexible and responsive care, and the system supports multiple circuit configurations to match different clinical requirements.
Streamlined Data Accessibility
The Trilogy Evo uses Bluetooth connectivity to send patient and device data to Care Orchestrator, Philips' cloud-based management platform, supporting coordinated care, adherence monitoring and protocol-driven follow-up. Data can also be downloaded locally at the point of care via USB for review and documentation.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
