ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tube (Ref. 39102)
The ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 is a heated tube designed for exclusive use with the ResMed AirSense 11 and its integrated HumidAir 11 humidifier. It integrates with the Climate Control system to maintain stable humidity and temperature levels throughout use, and this tubing is required to activate Climate Control functionality on compatible AirSense 11 devices.
Its 2 m slimline design provides flexibility, reduces drag and allows for easier positioning during the night.

Shipping
UK mainland: Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland and islands: standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
Europe, USA and Canada: delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Other international destinations: delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax, which are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
