Beds are delivered fully assembled to the ground floor only. Upper floor or room placement is not included.

Returns cost the original delivery fee
If the bed cannot fit into your home, return shipping is at your expense and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
We cannot refund original delivery fees if a return is required because the bed does not fit. Please measure carefully.

Hospital Bed Designed for Acute Care Environments
The Hospital bed Linet Eleganza 2 features full electric profiling, including powered backrest elevation, knee break adjustment, height control, and Trendelenburg or reverse Trendelenburg positioning.
The ventilated plastic mattress platform promotes airflow, reducing moisture and heat build-up. This supports infection control and patient skin integrity during extended stays.
The integrated GO button system enhances safety by enabling controlled bed movement and preventing unintended adjustments.
Hospital Bed Safety and Ergonomic Features
Ergoframe® technology reduces shear and tissue compression by extending the mattress platform during backrest elevation. This helps minimise abdominal pressure and supports pressure injury prevention.
Integrated siderail controls allow both patients and caregivers to manage positioning safely. Many configurations include central braking and optional safety alerts.
The bed can be extended by up to 32 cm, accommodating taller patients without compromising stability.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
