Beds are delivered fully assembled to the ground floor only. Upper floor or room placement is not included.

If the bed cannot fit into your home, return shipping is at your expense and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
We cannot refund original delivery fees if a return is required because the bed does not fit. Please measure carefully.

The Hill-Rom Total Care Duo 2 hospital bed is an advanced electric critical care bed designed for high acuity environments such as ICU and HDU settings. This system integrates therapeutic functions that support patient stability, early mobility and pressure injury prevention.
With fully electric positioning, advanced microclimate management and a therapy mattress engineered for pressure redistribution, the Total Care Duo 2 bed delivers high level clinical performance for critically ill patients while helping staff to provide safe, efficient care at the bedside.
Featuring I mmersion sensor technology, the therapy mattress automatically adjusts interface pressure in real time to help reduce the risk of pressure ulcers up to stage IV. The bed also supports continuous lateral rotation therapy, percussion and vibration therapy and advanced pulmonary management protocols. Caregivers benefit from point of care siderail controls, digital indicators, therapy reminders and emergency functions designed to simplify safe patient handling in critical care.

Shipping
UK mainland: Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2 working days from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland and islands: standard delivery takes 5-10 working days.
Europe, USA and Canada: delivery typically takes 10-21 working days.
Other international destinations: delivery usually takes 10- 21 working days.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax, which are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
