Beds are delivered fully assembled to the ground floor only. Upper floor or room placement is not included.

If the bed cannot fit into your home, return shipping is at your expense and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

This electric profiling care home bed combines a warm walnut wood-effect finish with a fully adjustable four-section wire mesh mattress platform, making it equally suitable for care home environments where a homely appearance is important and for clinical settings where adjustable positioning and ease of nursing care are the priority. Electric motors control backrest, knee break and height adjustment independently via the supplied wired patient handset, allowing residents and carers to achieve a wide range of positions for pressure area management, postural support, feeding, respiratory comfort and assisted transfers. The wire mesh mattress platform promotes air circulation beneath the mattress and prolongs mattress life, and matching walnut wood-effect head and foot boards complete the residential aesthetic. This unit is supplied with side rails and a used hospital mattress, available as foam or air.

Shipping
UK mainland: Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2 working days from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland and islands: standard delivery takes 5-10 working days.
Europe, USA and Canada: delivery typically takes 10-21 working days.
Other international destinations: delivery usually takes 10- 21 working days.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax, which are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
