If the bed cannot fit into your home, return shipping is at your expense and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

HealthCo Louisa Electric Hospital Bed with Mattress (HCO285)
The HealthCo Louisa is a fully electric profiling hospital bed designed for hospital wards, care homes and community care environments. Backrest, height and legrest are all electrically operated from the patient handset, with electric Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning from 0 to 16 degrees for clinical and vascular management. The retracting backrest and auto contour function reduce pressure and shear during profiling, while the easily adjustable knee break position supports patient comfort in the seated and semi-recumbent positions.
The bed features a hygienic PP platform with a wire housing profile frame, removable head and foot ends, and lockable tuck-away side rails that store cleanly beneath the platform when not in use. Cross lockable castors, plastic crash bumpers, corner accessory sockets and angle gauges for the backrest and bed complete a robust ward-ready specification, with an electrostatic painted metal frame and an IPX4-rated electronic system for washability. The bed carries a 230 kg safe working load. Supplied complete with a hospital mattress, available as air or foam.

Please note: this is a pre-owned item. The bed and mattress have been cleaned and inspected before dispatch, and inspection and servicing by a qualified engineer prior to clinical use is recommended. The bed is supplied in the standard factory specification; battery backup, nurse control unit and dual-sided manual CPR are optional extras and are not fitted unless stated. The mattress supplied is air or foam subject to availability; specify a preference at the time of order.

Shipping
UK mainland: Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 2 working days from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland and islands: standard delivery takes 5-10 working days.
Europe, USA and Canada: delivery typically takes 10-21 working days.
Other international destinations: delivery usually takes 10- 21 working days.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty and local tax, which are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
