The inflatable mattress Dyna-Form Mercury Advance Dynamic system from Direct Healthcare is a clinically proven pressure-relieving solution designed for patients assessed as being at very high risk of pressure ulcer development. Combining advanced foam technology with a dynamic alternating pressure system, this inflatable mattress delivers effective pressure redistribution while maintaining patient comfort across acute, long-term, and home care environments.
This inflatable mattress features dual-mode functionality, allowing it to operate as a high-specification static foam mattress or as a fully dynamic alternating pressure system when connected to the pump. As patient condition improves, the mattress can be reverted to non-powered static mode without the need for replacement, supporting step-down care pathways and cost efficiency.
The included pump provides consistent, adjustable pressure cycles tailored to patient weight and clinical needs. The mattress surface is protected by a waterproof, vapour-permeable cover that supports infection control while maintaining skin microclimate. Designed for durability, the Dyna-Form Mercury Advance is suitable for prolonged clinical use and bariatric patients up to 250 kg.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
