The Sunflower medical notes trolley is designed for the secure, organised and efficient management of patient records in hospitals, clinics and healthcare environments. Built to meet NHS England standards, this medical notes trolley features a secure hinged locking top supplied with keys, ensuring confidential patient information is protected at all times. Its robust construction and easy clean materials make it suitable for daily use in busy clinical settings.
This medical notes trolley is engineered for smooth mobility and hygiene. Manufactured from durable laminate faced MDF with reinforced 2 mm edging, it is fitted with hygienic stainless steel push pull handles for ease of use. Four 100 mm braked castors provide excellent manoeuvrability while allowing the trolley to be safely locked in position at the bedside or nurses’ station. The hinged lid opens fully to create an additional working surface, supporting efficient documentation during ward rounds.
Internally, the trolley offers flexible storage to suit different record systems. It accepts foolscap, X ray, 470 mm and 360 mm filing pockets, allowing clinical teams to organise notes according to local protocols. With removable storage trays and side file storage, this medical notes trolley supports efficient access while maintaining high standards of security and infection control.

Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
