Product was a bit sticky-dirty, easy to clean off. Otherwise I didn't think about the charger beforehand, so I got an UK charger obviously; therefore I cannot yet say whether the product works.
The supplier SelfiMed was very helpful.
German customs (Afuera!) was a PITA, be prepared for major paperwork.

Bed is in good working order and condition. Very pleased with my purchase. The delivery wasn’t as expected. The bed was unloaded and wheeled up the drive and left there no attempt to get it through the front door.

The equipment works very well, we have no issues with it. My only ick was that it didn't arrive all together. We received the pump, charger and the pole clamp on different dates.

After the hinge inside broke i could not close the lid correctly and air started leaking out around the back of the unit, so I i needed a replacement unit, the original Phiilips part was around £150 but this was exactly the same at half the price so far it works fine and I'm very pleased with it
