Used & "Like New" Items

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: All used or "Like New" items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
  2. Defective or Misrepresented Items: If the item is defective or doesn’t match the description, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.
  3. Change of Mind: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

New Medical Equipment

  1. 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: You can return new medical equipment within 30 days for a full refund, whether the item has been opened or not, as long as it’s in like-new condition.
  2. Unopened Items: If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Full Refund Eligibility, Including Shipping Charges

You will receive a complete refund, including shipping fees, in the following situations:

  1. Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it ships.
  2. Item Misrepresentation: If the item received is not as described.
  3. Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping.
  4. Lost Shipments: If the item is lost during delivery by the courier.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may apply:

  1. Change of Mind After Shipping: If the item has already shipped and you change your mind, you can return it for a refund, but shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping will also be your responsibility.
  2. Opened New Items: If you return a new item that has been opened or used but is still in good condition, we will deduct up to 20% from the original price for restocking. Return shipping costs will not be refunded, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping.
