This system was manufactured in 2016 and is supplied with a 2022 Esaote AC2541 convex array transducer, providing up-to-date imaging performance and reliability. The ultrasound machine is CE marked, compliant with MDD 93/42/EEC (Class IIa), and FDA 510(k) cleared, confirming adherence to international regulatory and safety standards. SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
