The Aquamantys System Electrosurgical Unit by Medtronic is an advanced surgical energy platform engineered to deliver controlled haemostasis using proprietary Transcollation technology. By combining bipolar radiofrequency energy with continuous saline irrigation, the system achieves coagulation at significantly lower temperatures than traditional electrosurgical devices. This helps reduce thermal injury, blood loss and tissue charring while preserving clear visibility in the operative field.
Designed for precision and reliability, the Aquamantys System is widely used across orthopaedic, spinal, thoracic, neurosurgical and general surgical disciplines. Its lower temperature energy delivery shrinks collagen within vessel walls to achieve effective haemostasis, while the bipolar configuration eliminates the need for a patient return electrode, simplifying setup and enhancing intraoperative safety.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery estimate
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
