Adam Rouilly Lifeform Advanced IV Hand
Adam Rouilly Lifeform Advanced IV Hand Training Simulator
The Adam Rouilly Lifeform Advanced IV Hand is a highly realistic injectable hand simulator designed for advanced intravenous access training. The dorsal surface features injectable metacarpal, digital and thumb veins, allowing trainees to practise cannulation and venipuncture at the most commonly used hand sites in clinical practice. The lifelike silicone skin rolls and moves as veins are palpated, closely replicating the tactile experience of working on a real patient.
A characteristic needle entry pop is felt when the vein is correctly punctured, and simulated blood provides realistic flashback confirmation of correct placement. Both the skin and veins are fully replaceable, allowing hundreds of injections to be performed before consumable replacement is required. Flexible fingers and a flexible wrist add to the realism and support a wide range of hand positioning during training. Suitable for nursing, paramedic, emergency medicine and clinical skills training programmes. Backed by a five-year warranty.
