Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is new (other) and comes with a 12-month SelfiMed warranty, starting on the day it is delivered.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 30-day change of mind. Tell us within 30 days of delivery at info@selfimed.com or on 0330 133 2808 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Opened new items can no longer be sold as new. A deduction of up to 40% may apply if the item has been used or handled beyond inspection; from day 15 to day 30 a 40% restocking fee applies.
- Hygiene items supplied sealed (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, tubing, filters and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once opened, even if unused.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
- International orders follow different rules because of customs: see the International Orders section of our policy.
