PARI SINUS 2 Nebuliser Machine for Sinusitis
The PARI SINUS 2 is the only compressor nebuliser to generate a pulsating aerosol specifically designed to reach the paranasal sinus cavities, making it uniquely effective for the treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis. Conventional therapy options such as nasal sprays and nasal rinses frequently fail to penetrate the narrow passages leading to the sinuses, and oral medication distributes throughout the body rather than targeting the site of inflammation.
The PARI SINUS 2 addresses this directly: its dual-tube system uses one tube for compressed air delivery and one dedicated tube to generate aerosol pulsations, causing the fine mist to oscillate and penetrate deep into the sinus cavities where it is needed. Saline solutions can be nebulised to loosen stubborn secretions, and medications approved for inhalation — including antibiotics and steroids — can also be used when prescribed. The same compressor can be used to treat the lungs by connecting an alternative PARI nebuliser chamber (sold separately). Suitable for adults and children from 6 years of age. Please note: The PARI SINUS 2 is intended for use with saline solutions and medications approved for inhalation. Only use medications that have been prescribed by a clinician for sinus inhalation therapy. If the device is shared between multiple users, each user must use their own dedicated spare parts to prevent cross-contamination. Spare parts should be replaced annually. Lung nebulisation requires a separate PARI LC SPRINT nebuliser chamber, sold separately.
