LEC Medical ISU27C-EU Spark-Free Counter-Top Laboratory Freezer

The LEC Medical ISU27C-EU is a compact 50-litre spark-free counter-top laboratory freezer designed for the safe short-term storage of vaccines, pharmaceuticals, volatile chemicals, reactive substances and biological samples. The spark-free interior contains no electrical components whatsoever, eliminating any ignition source and making the unit safe for storing flammable or reactive substances without risk of explosion. An external digital controller provides precise temperature monitoring at -18°C to -20°C without opening the door, preventing unnecessary temperature fluctuations and protecting stored contents. Audible and visual high and low temperature alarms provide immediate alerts to temperature excursions. A fitted lock with two keys restricts access to authorised users. The reversible solid door and compact 562 x 500 x 510mm footprint make it suitable for laboratory benches, pharmacy dispensing rooms and hospital ward areas where space is limited. Please note: Manual defrosting is required to maintain optimal performance — do not allow ice build-up to accumulate. Two keys are supplied with the door lock; retain one as a spare in a secure location.
