UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
