The ResMed AirSense 10 Elite is a premium fixed-pressure CPAP device designed to deliver reliable, consistent therapy for patients prescribed CPAP treatment. Known for its quiet operation, intuitive interface and optional integrated humidification, it provides dependable performance for long-term nightly use. This listing is a complete bundle combining a used AirSense 10 Elite machine with a selection of new accessories for immediate use.
Please note: The machine, power supply and carry bag are used items. The mask, heated tube, water chamber, CPAP cleaner and air filters are brand new. Mask type can be selected at checkout.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery estimate
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
