The React Health Luna G3 A20 is a modern Auto CPAP machine designed to deliver effective, comfortable and quiet sleep apnoea treatment at home. Featuring an integrated heated humidifier, intelligent auto pressure adjustment, RESlex exhalation relief and a preheat function, it adapts to individual therapy needs throughout the night. A 3.5-inch full-colour screen with a single start/stop button makes it one of the most user-friendly CPAP machines available. At just 1.7 kg and operating below 28 dB, the Luna G3 is compact, quiet and built for everyday nightly use. Therapy data is accessible via SD card, PAP Link app, iCode cloud platform and QR code scanning for easy clinician sharing.

- Air leak compensation - detects and compensates for mask leaks, maintaining correct therapy pressure; alerts user when leak is detected
- Auto Ramp - gradually increases pressure to help ease the transition to sleep; adjustable up to 60 minutes
- Multi-stage noise reduction - operates below 28 dB for peaceful nighttime operation
- 3.5-inch full-colour screen - real-time data display, mask fit test, maintenance reminders, bedside clock, temperature and humidity monitor
- Heated tubing compatible - maintains consistent airflow temperature and prevents condensation (heated tubing sold separately)
- PAP Link app - remote therapy monitoring, data review and clinician sharing via smartphone
- Multiple data access options - SD card, PAP Link app, iCode cloud platform, QR code scanning and RESmart software

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
This item is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 30-day change of mind. Tell us within 30 days of delivery at info@selfimed.com or on 0330 133 2808 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Opened new items can no longer be sold as new. A deduction of up to 40% may apply if the item has been used or handled beyond inspection; from day 15 to day 30 a 40% restocking fee applies.
- Hygiene items supplied sealed (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, tubing, filters and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once opened, even if unused.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
- International orders follow different rules because of customs: see the International Orders section of our policy.
