The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is a premium auto-adjusting CPAP device with advanced comfort and monitoring features. It automatically adjusts pressure levels throughout the night using ResMed's proven AutoSet algorithm. SmartStart and AutoRamp functions provide a smooth and easy start to therapy, while the Easy-Breathe motor ensures quiet operation at just 26 dB.
This model includes a clear LCD interface with ambient light sensor and records therapy data to the included SD card, with myAir wireless connectivity available for users in the USA and Canada. This bundle ships complete with the HumidAir heated humidifier water chamber and ClimateLineAir 10 heated tubing, so heated humidification and Climate Control comfort are ready out of the box.
myAir connectivity: this unit's myAir wireless connectivity operates in the USA and Canada only. For users in the UK and other regions, wireless data transmission is not available; therapy data is accessed via the included SD card.

Advanced AutoSet Technology
The AirSense 10 AutoSet is designed to provide optimal pressure adjustment throughout the night. The device detects and responds to the patient's breathing pattern, fine-tuning pressure levels to deliver comfortable and effective therapy and support deeper, less interrupted sleep, while avoiding disruptive pressure changes that can disturb a bed partner.
User Friendly Interface
The AirSense 10 features a modern, intuitive interface that makes it straightforward to navigate settings, with usage hours and therapy results accessible at a button press. The included heated humidification delivers comfortable moisture levels, helping relieve the dryness and irritation that can accompany therapy, making long-term nightly use easier to maintain for both new and experienced CPAP users.
Please note: the power supply is fitted with a US plug; the unit itself accepts 100-240 V input, so a UK plug adapter is required for use with UK sockets. A CPAP mask is not included and is sold separately.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
