Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle Auto CPAP Machine Bundle, Pre-owned Device with New Accessories
The Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle Auto is an auto-adjusting CPAP with the humidifier built into the machine rather than clipped onto the side of it. One moulded body holds the blower, the water chamber and the heated tube connection, so there is no joint between machine and humidifier to leak and nothing to unclip when the chamber is filled. The chamber lid opens on a button and the chamber lifts straight out, which is the part of the nightly routine most people give up on when it is fiddly.
Pressure runs from 4 to 20 cmH2O and the machine sets its own level within that band using the Fisher and Paykel auto-adjusting algorithm, with ramp available for anyone who finds the starting pressure hard. Two comfort features sit on top. Expiratory relief eases pressure on every breath out. SensAwake works the other way round, watching for the irregular breathing pattern that comes with waking and dropping pressure so the wearer can settle again rather than fighting the machine at full therapeutic pressure at three in the morning.
Humidification is ThermoSmart, which heats the tube along its length rather than only warming the air at the chamber. Because the air stays above the dew point to the mask, humidity can be delivered at a level that would otherwise rain out as condensation in an unheated hose. The chamber holds 380 ml to the maximum line, which covers a full night. The machine measures 177 mm wide by 183 mm deep by 144 mm high, weighs 1.7 kg and runs at 28 dBA, so it sits on a bedside table without dominating it.
This bundle pairs a pre-owned SleepStyle Auto device and UK power cord with a complete set of new consumables: ThermoSmart heated breathing tube, water chamber, chamber seal, outlet seal, a Fisher and Paykel mask selected on this page, Alvera PureWipe cleaning wipes and a CPAP cleaner. The parts that touch breath and water are the parts that matter on a used machine, and all of them are new here, so nothing of the previous user's comes with it.

Shipping

Customs and duties

Returns

Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Refund
