The Gambro Prismaflex Dialysis Machine is tailored to aid in the recovery of patients with acute kidney injury (AKI). This adaptable system offers a diverse range of therapies on a versatile platform that can be personalized to individual patient requirements.
The Prismaflex control unit provides continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for a 24-hour period, allowing for individualized patient care. Unlike devices for intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) or slow low efficiency dialysis (SLED), it is specifically designed for:
- Metabolic control
- Fluid removal
- Acid/base control
- Electrolyte balance
When time is limited, the Prismaflex Dialysis Machine V8.20 with Barkey Autocontrol Unit offers automated adjustments and instant visual feedback on the treatment. This advanced system allows for increased attention on patient care, rather than equipment management.
One Platform, Multiple Therapies
The Prismaflex System delivers all therapy modalities of CRRT and therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) without additional equipment, including:
- CVVHDF – Continuous Veno-Venous Hemodiafiltration
- CVVHD – Continuous Veno-Venous Hemodialysis
- CVVH – Continuous Veno-Venous Hemofiltration
- SCUF – Slow Continuous Ultrafiltration
- TPE – Therapeutic Plasma Exchange

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery estimate
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
