Special Features 

  • Innovative Soft Tubing Frame: The soft frame directs airflow through two silicone tubes to join at the nasal cushion, because the frame is soft it adapts naturally to facial contours without pinching or pressure points; and it will accommodate almost any sleeping position.
  • Freedom to Move: If you sleep on your back DreamWear distributes therapy air through both tubes equally. If you shift onto your side DreamWear's lower tube compresses to maintain a comfortable seal; therapy air is channeled into the upper tube maintaining an unrestricted airflow at prescribed therapy levels.
  • Unique Under-the-Nose Cushion: The nasal cushion rests under the nose, providing airflow to both nostrils, with the cushion's low profile design there is absolutely no contact on top of the nose or at the sensitive nasal bridge. Exhalation ports on the cushion and in the mask's elbow quietly disperse excess air.
  • Headgear & Tubing Attachment: The soft, single strap headgear rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The tubing elbow is located on the top of the head where it can swivel freely to help reduce drag.
  • Minimal Contact & Open Field of View: With a low profile cushion, a soft tubing frame, and single strap headgear, the DreamWear is one of the most minimal masks available, providing the user with an open field of view for reading, talking or watching TV before bed.
  • Frame Sizes: The DreamWear frame is available in three sizes -- Small (19 inches), Medium (20 inches) and Large (22 inches). Most users will find the medium frame to be the best fit; but packs are available with other frame sizes for larger and more petite users. The frame and cushion sizes are interchangeable so that any size frame can be used with any size cushion.
  • Cushions: DreamWear nasal cushions are available in four sizes -- small, medium, medium-wide and large, to fit a wide range of noses.
  • Soft Wraps: Soft fabric wraps provide a soft touch on the user's cheek.

      Please note that CPAP masks & CPAP accessories (water chamber, hose, filters etc) are considered medical equipment and, as such, cannot be returned once opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

      However, we do accept returns of non-opened masks if they are still inside their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. We will only issue a refund once we have received the returned item and ensured that it has never been used before.

      Due to the nature of CPAP masks, once the packaging has been opened or the mask has been used, Selfimed cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because CPAP masks come into direct contact with the face and respiratory system, and we must maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent any potential health risks.

      Selfimed advises all customers to carefully consider their purchase before opening the packaging or using the CPAP mask. If you have any questions or concerns about your CPAP mask purchase, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

      Used & Like New items

      • All used items (or Like New) are shipped with a minimum guarantee of 30 days.
      • If the item is defective or does not match the description, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement item or a refund.
      • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

      New medical equipment

      • You can return new medical equipment within 30 days for a full refund, with or without justification.
      • You will receive a full refund if the item is unopened and contains the original packaging.

      It's important to note that SelfiMed does not refund shipping costs outside the UK under any circumstances.

       **When are you eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges?**

      You will receive a complete reimbursement, covering your shipping expenses, in the following scenarios:

      1. If you cancel your order before the item is dispatched.

      2. If the item is not as described.

      3. If the item sustains damage during the delivery process.

      4. If the courier loses the item, preventing it from reaching you.

       **Under what circumstances might you receive only a partial refund?**

      1. If the item has already been dispatched and you change your mind without any damage, you will receive a refund for the item's price minus the shipping fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

      2. For brand-new items that have been opened and used, even briefly, without defects, we may accept the return but deduct 40% from the original item price. It's important to note that shipping fees will not be refunded in this situation, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

      Please be aware that we do not furnish CE certificates for medical devices sent outside the UK. Before placing an order, we highly advise verifying your local customs regulations.

      If your shipment is returned at the border, we must convey that we will not reimburse the shipping cost. Nonetheless, if the item is returned, we will refund the purchase price. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

      The medical items come directly from NHS hospitals and are sold in good working conditions unless otherwise stated. Therefore, it is your responsibility as the purchaser to have them tested, calibrated or serviced by a professional before any clinical use on humans.
