The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is a premium auto-adjusting CPAP device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It continuously adjusts therapy pressure throughout the night in response to the patient's breathing patterns using ResMed's proven AutoSet algorithm. SmartStart initiates therapy automatically when breathing is detected, AutoRamp delivers a gentle pressure rise after sleep onset, and the Easy-Breathe motor ensures whisper-quiet operation. This listing is for a used unit with its available in-box contents only. CPAP mask, HumidAir water chamber and ClimateLineAir 10 heated tubing are not included and must be purchased separately.

Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
