A pre-owned ResMed AirSense 10 Elite, cleaned and inspected, with its power supply and a ResMed carry bag. Choose the recorded hours band and the new mask you want below: AirFit F40 full face, AirFit F20 full face, AirFit F30i full face, BMC F5A full face or AirFit P10 nasal pillows.
The accessories are new and from Alvera: an Alvera ThermaAir 10 heated tube, an Alvera AquaPure 10 water chamber, an Alvera AirGuard filter cover in charcoal, a tub of 120 Alvera PureWipe cleaning wipes and 20 Alvera PureFlow 10 filters, together with a CPAP cleaner device, a protective pad and a dust cover.

- Nasal pillows (AirFit P10) - minimal contact, sits at the nostrils
- Full face (AirFit F40, AirFit F20, AirFit F30i, BMC F5A) - covers nose and mouth, for mouth breathers

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

This item is pre-owned and comes with a 90-day SelfiMed warranty, starting on the day it is delivered.
Returns and refunds
- UK orders: 30-day change of mind. Tell us within 30 days of delivery at info@selfimed.com or on 0330 133 2808 and we send you a returns reference. Return postage is paid by you.
- Opened new items can no longer be sold as new. A deduction of up to 40% may apply if the item has been used or handled beyond inspection; from day 15 to day 30 a 40% restocking fee applies.
- Hygiene items supplied sealed (masks, cushions, nasal pillows, tubing, filters and anything that touches the airway) cannot be returned once opened, even if unused.
- Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. After that, it is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
- International orders follow different rules because of customs: see the International Orders section of our policy.
