QCore Sapphire Multi-Therapy Infusion Pump, New in Box, with Docking Station, Access Keys and Power Supply
The QCore Sapphire is a compact volumetric infusion pump that runs six therapy modes on one platform: Continuous, PCA, Epidural, Intermittent, TPN and Piggyback. That breadth is the point of the device. A ward standardising on Sapphire covers pain management, parenteral nutrition and routine continuous infusion without holding three different pumps and three training pathways. Flow runs from 0.1 to 999 mL/h in 0.1 mL/h increments at plus or minus 2.5 per cent accuracy, the pump weighs 418 g without its battery, and the IP24 enclosure with up to 24 hours of battery runtime suits transport as readily as the bedside. Supplied new in box with the docking station, access keys, power supply and documentation.

Read before first use
- Battery. The battery supplied is new but may have self-discharged in storage and may need charging before use, or renewal if it does not hold charge. Connect the pump to AC power and confirm the battery charges and holds before the device is relied on away from the mains.
- Access code. The pump may request an access code when entering configuration or technician menus. The code for this unit is supplied with the device. Contact us if it is needed before delivery.
- Administration sets. Only the dedicated anti-free-flow sets specified for this pump may be used. Set geometry determines delivery accuracy, and a set outside the specified range can produce a dosing error.
- Drug library. Any drug library present on the device must be reviewed and replaced with the receiving organisation's own dataset and limits before clinical use.
- For use by qualified clinical personnel trained on this pump.
New and boxed
This pump is supplied new in its original packaging with the accessories listed above. Box contents are checked against the packing list before dispatch. Commissioning into service, verification of delivery accuracy against local policy, and ongoing planned maintenance and electrical safety testing remain with the operating organisation.
