Philips Respironics DreamStation Auto CPAP Machine
Philips Respironics DreamStation Auto CPAP Machine, Pre-Owned, Device and Power Supply Only
The Philips Respironics DreamStation Auto is an auto-adjusting CPAP machine that varies pressure across a 4 to 20 cm H2O range in 0.5 cm steps, responding to breathing pattern rather than holding a single fixed pressure all night. Digital Auto-Trak tracks each breath and adjusts trigger and cycling accordingly. It runs at 25.8 dBA and weighs 710 g, which keeps it viable as a travel machine. This listing covers the device and its power supply. The humidifier, water chamber, hose, mask and bag are sold separately, so this suits a wearer who already holds those parts or a service replacing a machine into an existing set-up.

Manufacturer field safety notice, first-generation DreamStation
In June 2021 Philips issued a recall notification covering first-generation DreamStation CPAP and bi-level devices manufactured before 26 April 2021, relating to degradation of the polyester-based polyurethane sound abatement foam inside the device. Affected units were subject to a repair programme in which the foam was replaced with a different material. Before use, check the device serial number against the Philips device lookup and confirm the remediation status of this unit with the responsible clinician. Ozone and ultraviolet sanitising devices must not be used on this machine, as ozone exposure accelerates degradation of the foam and voids the manufacturer cleaning guidance.
Checked before dispatch
- Cleaned and inspected.

These are in-house workshop checks. Damaged or non-working items are not dispatched. A full engineer service is not included unless this listing states that the unit has been serviced.
