However, we do accept returns of non-opened masks if they are still inside their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. We will only issue a refund once we have received the returned item and ensured that it has never been used before.

Due to the nature of CPAP masks, once the packaging has been opened or the mask has been used, Selfimed cannot accept returns or exchanges.
