An email asking how are you 'enjoying' your defibrillator was really the last straw.
Initially sent the wrong machine - which they noticed and rectified but the the replacement arrived without the child key and with the wrong pads.
As the pads were already out of date and I didn't want/need the key (it was just part of the online package) I didn't bother and just bought the correct pads elsewhere.

ResMed Lumis 150 ST-A, is a fully featured ST machine, that can all on PAP machines, except ASV. The device was tad used, but is working fine. Couldn't wait the official channels(!).
Only wish: Would be nice if someone offered a hardware hack/replaceable gsm modem in it, so its not locked to the UK market (telemonitoring), solely.

Came as advertised, and at ½ the cost of dk resmed shop. Works fine in Lumis 150 ST-A device.
