The Philips DreamStation 2 Advanced Auto is a compact auto-adjusting CPAP machine for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. Pressure adjusts automatically across a 4 to 20 cm H2O range in response to detected respiratory events, with Flex pressure relief easing the transition at exhalation. The humidifier is built into the body of the device rather than clipping on, which keeps the overall footprint small on a bedside table. A full colour touchscreen replaces the dial-and-menu arrangement of the earlier generation, and Ramp Plus lets the wearer start the night at a lower, more comfortable pressure. Before first use
- Therapy pressure, auto range and comfort settings should be set by the sleep service or clinician responsible for the wearer's care, not carried over from a previous user.
- Fit fresh filters and use a fresh mask and tubing. These are personal items and are not transferred between users.
- Fill the humidifier tank with distilled water only. Tap water leaves mineral deposits that damage the tank and reduce humidifier performance.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
