I just want to give Selfimed a massive thank you and wish I'd approached this company initially for my home oxygen concentrator machine. Since surgery in March, I had loaned a Devilbliss machine which eventually had to go back as I had needed to use it for so long and it required servicing plus someone else needed use of it. I then needed to explore options for purchasing my own private machine. The first company I bought one from was Brivelle who sold me one that was not at all as specified online and the delivery dates were also incorrect online as it took about a month to get to me, then the second company was Trimbio who were local to me(the first machine was sent to me from China!)however the reconditioned machine I was sent broke down twice inside 4 days so not wanting to chance a 3rd time, was able to find Selfimed who did not disappoint in any way, shape or form. Maybe that's why they say third time lucky! This purchase was meant to be. They're based in Leeds and gave me assurance and peace of mind over the phone that they could send a new machine within a day if any issues. They delivered their promise as the warehouse has sent the incorrect machine so after directly liaising via email and WhatsApp with the company, following my call they worked hard to put everything right for me. I'm on my 4th machine now and this one is here for keeps. I'm more than grateful for the attention to detail and listening skills that you have given me as I was just about getting to the end of my patience with disappointing previous companies but know now that I'm in the perfect place as these guys really have your back! A million thank yous for your second to none customer service and care. I wish every company in the UK was the same. We might have a better economy. God bless you all🙏
