This unit is supplied pre-owned with a used battery.

The Oxford Journey features a Smart Monitor control system that records actuator usage during every lift. This intelligent system advises when scheduled maintenance is required, helping to maintain safety, reliability and long-term performance while reducing the risk of unexpected downtime.
Adjustable Design and Patient Comfort
The Oxford Journey includes a unique adjustable cow-horn attachment, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of patient heights and body sizes. The contoured knee pad is height adjustable, providing enhanced comfort and stable lower-limb support during transfers.
The compact frame folds quickly and easily for storage or transportation. Despite its small footprint, the hoist remains easy to manoeuvre and stable in use, making it suitable for hospitals, care homes and domestic care settings.

Please note: this is a pre-owned item supplied with a used battery; it has been cleaned and inspected before dispatch. A battery charger is not included but is available as an optional add-on. As lifting equipment used to lift people, this stand aid falls under LOLER 1998 and requires thorough examination by a competent person at least every six months while in service; arranging an examination before first clinical use is recommended. Standing slings are sold separately and must be selected following clinical assessment; refer to the Oxford Sling Guide below and always follow the lowest safe working load in the complete system of hoist and sling.
Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery estimate
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
