Oxford Presence Patient Hoist for Heavy Duty Transfers (Pre-Owned)
The Oxford Presence is a heavy-duty mobile patient hoist from the Oxford Professional range, competent enough to handle almost any patient-handling task. Its outstanding lifting range copes easily with the most critical transfers, from floor-level lifts to high nursing surfaces: the minimum height with the 6-point spreader bar is just 440 mm for excellent off-the-floor transfers, rising to 1910 mm for access to variable height beds and special lift mattresses.
Powered leg positioning, driven by two electric motors, opens and closes the legs automatically for access around large chairs, bulky commodes and wheelchairs, while the unique swan-neck leg design lets the hoist get close to the widest obstacles. The Smart Monitor control system records actuator work on every lift and advises when scheduled maintenance is due. This unit is supplied pre-owned with a used battery.

Please note: this is a pre-owned item supplied with a used battery; it has been cleaned and inspected before dispatch. A battery charger is not included but is available as an optional add-on. As lifting equipment used to lift people, this hoist falls under LOLER 1998 and requires thorough examination by a competent person at least every six months while in service; arranging an examination before first clinical use is recommended. Slings are sold separately and must be selected following clinical assessment of the patient's weight, body shape and needs; refer to the Oxford Sling Guide below and always follow the lowest safe working load in the complete system of hoist and sling.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
