Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. We will only issue a refund once we have received the returned item and ensured that it has never been used before.
Due to the nature of CPAP masks, once the packaging has been opened or the mask has been used, Selfimed cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because CPAP masks come into direct contact with the face and respiratory system, and we must maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent any potential health risks.
