2) Order Shipped but You Changed Your Mind
If your order has already been dispatched but you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days. You will receive a refund for the product price only; original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping is your responsibility. The item must be returned in its original or like-new condition.

5) Order Arrived but You Did Not Read the Description Properly
If your item matches the description but you ordered the wrong size, model, or compatibility by mistake, this will be considered a change of mind return.
You may contact us within 30 days to request an exchange. If the replacement item is the same price, simply return the product to the address below (excluding CPAP masks and accessories, unless sealed and unopened). If the replacement has a different price, we will issue an invoice or refund for the price difference.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, like-new condition within 30 days of receipt.

7) New Item Arrived but You Changed Your Mind
Unopened and Unused: You may return the item within 30 days for a refund of the product price only. Original shipping will not be refunded, and you are responsible for return shipping. The product must be sealed and in perfect resale condition.
Opened but Unused: You may return the item, but a 40% deduction will apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is at your cost.

4) Shipment Refused by Destination Customs (Used Medical Devices)
We cannot guarantee the import eligibility of products for every country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that used medical equipment is permitted for import into their country before placing an order. Please check with your local customs authority in advance.
If a shipment is refused by customs — whether due to unpaid duties/fees or because local regulations prohibit the import — the following applies:
- Returned to Sender: If the parcel is returned to us in good, resalable condition, we will refund the item price only. Original shipping and any return freight, handling, or customs fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
- Seized/Disposed by Customs: If the parcel is seized, abandoned, or destroyed by customs, no refund can be issued.
