The Fisher & Paykel Brevida is a nasal pillow CPAP mask designed for nose-breathing patients who want a comfortable, low-profile and quiet therapy experience. Its defining feature is the AirPillow seal, a soft silicone cushion that inflates gently in and around the nostrils as therapy pressure is delivered, forming a secure seal without pressing or rubbing. Unlike conventional nasal pillows, the Brevida is intended to be worn looser, allowing the inflated pillow to do the sealing work and significantly reducing nostril irritation. Stabilising side supports help keep the seal in position throughout the night. A washable diffuser directs exhalation quietly away from the mask, operating below 31 dB for a peaceful sleeping environment. VisiBlue colour highlights on key components assist with daily assembly and disassembly. Compatible with all CPAP and bilevel machines. This fit pack includes both XS/S and M/L cushions so users can trial both sizes and find the best fit.

Recommended Replacement Schedule

Please note: The Brevida is designed for nose-breathing patients only. It is not suitable for mouth breathers or patients who require full face coverage. The mask should be placed loosely under the nostrils and the CPAP device turned on to allow the AirPillow to inflate before adjusting the headgear; fitting with the headgear on before inflation will cause excessive leakage and over-tightening.
