Das ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet ist ein automatisch anpassendes CPAP-Gerät. Es misst die Atemwege Atemzug für Atemzug und passt den Druck innerhalb des vom verordnenden Arzt festgelegten Bereichs an, statt einen festen Wert zu halten, und bietet SmartStart, AutoRamp und Expiratory Pressure Relief (Ausatemerleichterung), um die erste Stunde mit Maske erträglicher zu machen.
Dieses Set kombiniert ein gebrauchtes Gerät mit neuem Verbrauchsmaterial, sodass es einsatzbereit ankommt und keine separate Bestellung für die Teile nötig ist, die mit dem Anwender in Kontakt kommen. Gerät, Netzteil und Tragetasche sind gebraucht. Maske, beheizter Schlauch, Wasserkammer, Filter und Reinigungsartikel sind neu.
Vor dem Versand geprüft
- Eingeschaltet und betrieben, dabei Druckabgabe, Gebläse und Heizung des Befeuchters beobachtet.
- Erfasste Betriebsstunden am Gerät ausgelesen und vor dem Verpacken für das Gerät notiert.
- Display, Menüführung und Komforteinstellungen geprüft.
- Luftweg, Ein- und Auslass kontrolliert, Gehäuse gereinigt und desinfiziert.
- Eine neue Wasserkammer, ein neuer Schlauch und ein frischer Filter werden mitgeliefert, sodass kein Teil des befeuchteten Luftwegs von einem früheren Anwender stammt.
Es handelt sich um hausinterne Werkstattprüfungen. Beschädigte oder nicht funktionierende Artikel werden nicht versendet. Ein vollständiger Techniker-Service mit Kalibrierung ist nicht enthalten, sofern dieses Angebot nicht angibt, dass das Gerät gewartet wurde. Die Einstellung des verordneten Druckbereichs bleibt Sache des Anwenders und der betreuenden medizinischen Stelle.
Der Druckbereich wird von der verordnenden medizinischen Stelle eingestellt
- Minimal- und Maximaldruck richten sich nach einer Schlafuntersuchung oder klinischen Beurteilung und werden von der zuständigen medizinischen Stelle eingegeben.
- Einstellungen werden nie von einem früheren Anwender übernommen. Ein aus früherer Nutzung im Gerät gespeicherter Bereich wird vor Therapiebeginn bestätigt oder geändert.
- Maskentyp und -größe werden auf den Anwender abgestimmt. Eine beim Bestellvorgang ohne Anpassung gewählte Maske ist ein Ausgangspunkt, keine angepasste Schnittstelle, und eine schlecht sitzende Maske ist der häufigste Grund für einen Therapieabbruch.
Was die Betriebsstunden bei einem gebrauchten CPAP-Gerät bedeuten
Die AirSense-10-Plattform basiert auf einem Gebläse, das für jahrelangen nächtlichen Gebrauch ausgelegt ist, und der Wert, der einem Käufer zeigt, wo ein Gerät in dieser Lebensdauer steht, sind seine erfassten Betriebsstunden. Dieses Gerät liegt zwischen 5.000 und 10.000 Stunden, was etwa zwei bis dreieinhalb Jahren typischer nächtlicher Therapie entspricht. Das ist ein Gerät mit echter Nutzung hinter sich und einem guten Teil noch vor sich, und der Preis sollte beide Hälften dieses Satzes widerspiegeln. Ein Gerät am unteren Ende dieser Spanne hat deutlich weniger geleistet als eines am oberen Ende, daher werden die Stunden des konkreten Geräts vor dem Verpacken am Gerät ausgelesen.
Wichtiger als die Betriebsstunden eines gebrauchten Geräts ist, was mit den Teilen geschehen ist, die befeuchtete Luft führen. Der Verschleiß des Gebläses ist allmählich und vorhersehbar. Die Hygiene nicht. In diesem Set sind Wasserkammer, Schlauch und Filter neu, d. h. jede Oberfläche zwischen Befeuchter und Maske ist frisch, und auch die Maske selbst ist neu und nicht wiederaufbereitet. Das ist der Unterschied zwischen einem gebrauchten Gerät und einem gebrauchten Therapiesystem, und genau diesen Punkt sollte ein Käufer bei jedem Angebot für ein gebrauchtes CPAP-Gerät prüfen.
Zwei Einschränkungen sollten genannt werden. Die automatische Anpassung ersetzt keine Verordnung: Der Bereich kommt weiterhin von einem Arzt, und ein Gerät mit breitem Standardbereich ist nicht dasselbe wie eines, das auf den titrierten Bereich einer Person eingestellt ist. Außerdem ist das AirSense 10 eine Plattform der vorherigen Generation, abgelöst durch das AirSense 11; die Verfügbarkeit von Zubehör ist heute gut, wird sich aber mit der Zeit verringern. Für Käufer, die bewährte Geräte zu einem niedrigeren Preis suchen, ist das ein fairer Kompromiss – und es sollte eine bewusste Entscheidung sein und keine Überraschung.
Hauptmerkmale
Automatisch anpassender AutoSet-Algorithmus, der innerhalb des verordneten Bereichs auf Flusslimitierung, Schnarchen und Apnoen reagiert, sodass der Druck nur in dem Teil der Nacht steigt, in dem er benötigt wird, statt die ganze Nacht auf dem Höchstwert zu bleiben.
Expiratory Pressure Relief (Ausatemerleichterung), die den Druck beim Ausatmen verringert, wodurch das Gefühl entfällt, gegen den vollen Therapiedruck auszuatmen – oft das, was eine höhere Verordnung erträglich macht.
AutoRamp mit Einschlaferkennung, die niedrig beginnt und wartet, bis der Anwender eingeschlafen ist, bevor der Druck auf den verordneten Wert ansteigt, statt nach einem festen Zeitgeber hochzufahren.
SmartStart, das die Therapie startet, wenn der Anwender in die Maske atmet, und stoppt, wenn sie abgenommen wird, sodass weder zu Beginn noch am Ende der Nacht ein Tastendruck nötig ist.
Easy-Breathe-Motor, der mit etwa 26 bis 27 dBA arbeitet – leise genug, dass nicht das Gerät den Bettpartner weckt.
Maskensitztest mit Leckagewarnung, der vor dem Schlafen den Dichtsitz bestätigt und erhebliche Leckagen während der Nacht meldet, damit sie behoben und nicht hingenommen werden.
LCD-Display mit Umgebungslichtsensor, das sich an die Raumhelligkeit anpasst, sodass der Bildschirm das Schlafzimmer nicht erhellt, wenn das Gerät nachts kontrolliert wird.
Integrierter Befeuchterplatz mit ClimateLineAir-Unterstützung, der Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit an der Maske über den mitgelieferten beheizten Schlauch hält – das verhindert Kondenswasserbildung in einem kalten Schlafzimmer.
SD-Karte und AirView-Daten, die der medizinischen Stelle Zugang zu Therapiedaten per Karte oder, sofern in der Region unterstützt, per drahtloser Übertragung geben.
Spezifikation beschränkt auf bestätigte Angaben
- Die genauen erfassten Betriebsstunden dieses Geräts sowie Seriennummer, Herstellungsdatum und Softwareversion werden am Gerät ausgelesen und auf Anfrage mitgeteilt.
- Das Netzteil wird entweder als 65-W- oder als 90-W-Netzteil von ResMed geliefert. Die Leistung des versendeten Netzteils wird vor dem Verpacken bestätigt, da der Befeuchter mehr Strom zieht, als für das kleinere Netzteil vorgesehen ist.
- Die regionale Variante des Geräts bestimmt, ob die drahtlose Übertragung aktiv ist. Eine Bestätigung für dieses Gerät ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.
- Maskenmodell und -größe werden beim Bestellvorgang ausgewählt. Wurde keine Anpassung durchgeführt, wird die Maske gemeinsam mit der medizinischen Stelle ausgewählt und nicht durch Messen zu Hause.
Zustand und Vorgeschichte
Gebraucht, zuvor im häuslichen Einsatz, mit Gebrauchsspuren, die dieser Nutzung entsprechen. Die Fotos sind Teil der Beschreibung und zeigen das tatsächlich angebotene Gerät.
Neu im Luftweg. Wasserkammer, beheizter Schlauch, Filter und Maske sind neu, sodass kein Teil, das befeuchtete Luft zum Anwender führt, zuvor benutzt wurde.
Es liegt keine Wartungshistorie vor, und die im Gerät gespeicherten Therapieeinstellungen werden vor der Nutzung von der medizinischen Stelle bestätigt oder geändert.
