Condition: the AirSense 10 machine and its power supply are pre-owned, the optional ResMed carry bag is pre-owned, and every other item in this kit is brand new – see What's in the box for the condition of each item.
The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is a premium auto-adjusting CPAP device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. It continuously adjusts therapy pressure throughout the night in response to the patient's breathing patterns using ResMed's proven AutoSet algorithm. SmartStart initiates therapy automatically when breathing is detected, AutoRamp delivers a gentle pressure rise after sleep onset, and the Easy-Breathe motor ensures whisper-quiet operation. This starter kit pairs a used AirSense 10 AutoSet, fitted with a white fascia plate, and its power supply with the new parts needed for humidified therapy: an Alvera AquaPure 10 water chamber, an Alvera ThermaAir 10 heated tube, a pack of 10 Alvera PureFlow 10 filters and a beige Alvera AirGuard filter cover, plus a free tub of 120 Alvera PureWipe CPAP cleaning wipes. A CPAP mask is not included and must be purchased separately, so you can choose the type and size that fits you.
myAir compatible: UK and EU customers can connect to the myAir app for therapy coaching, nightly compliance score and usage tracking.
Please note: The machine and power supply are used items. The water chamber, heated tube, filters and filter cover are new. The AquaPure 10 chamber slides into the humidifier bay of the AirSense 10, so the kit is ready for heated humidification. A CPAP mask is sold separately. A free tub of Alvera PureWipe CPAP cleaning wipes (120 wipes) is included.

- AirView wireless data transmission - optional wireless upload of therapy data for remote clinical monitoring (region dependent)
- myAir app compatible - therapy coaching, nightly compliance score and usage tracking for UK and EU customers
- HumidAir compatible - integrated heated humidification with the included Alvera AquaPure 10 water chamber
- ClimateLineAir 10 compatible - heated tubing available separately; maintains consistent humidity and temperature from machine to mask
