Nidek Nuvo Lite 3 Oxygen Concentrator with New Humidifier Bottle (Pre-Owned)
The Nidek Nuvo Lite 3 is a compact home oxygen concentrator from the Mark 5 Nuvo Lite family, designed to provide continuous oxygen-enriched gas for patients with conditions causing low blood oxygen levels. Using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology with a superior-grade molecular sieve, it strips nitrogen from ambient air to deliver concentrated oxygen around the clock.
One of the lightest stationary concentrators in its class, the Nuvo Lite 3 runs quietly at around 40 dBA, about the level of a soft conversation, and moves easily on recessed castors. The lockable flow control valve prevents accidental changes to the set flow rate, and a no-flow alarm alerts the user if the oxygen supply is interrupted. This unit is supplied pre-owned with a brand new humidifier bottle and a brand new nasal cannula.

Please note: this is a pre-owned unit supplied with a brand new humidifier bottle and brand new nasal cannula; it has been cleaned, tested and inspected before dispatch. Inspection and servicing by a qualified engineer is recommended before clinical use. Oxygen therapy should be used at the flow rate advised by the patient's clinician. Fill the humidifier bottle with distilled water only, and change nasal cannulas regularly in line with usage guidance.
Oxygen safety: oxygen strongly supports combustion. Never smoke or allow naked flames, sparks or oil-based products near the concentrator or the person using oxygen, and keep the unit at least a safe distance from heat sources in a well-ventilated room. Do not cover the unit or block its air intake during operation.
Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
