This item
The Nellcor N-20 / BCI 3301 pulse oximeter isre dependable handheld monitoring device designed for accurate spot-check measurement of oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate. Built by two well-established manufacturers in patient monitoring, these units are suitable for use across a wide range of clinical and mobile healthcare environments, including hospitals, clinics, community care, and emergency or transport settings.
The Nellcor N-20 pulse oximeter is known for its robust construction and long battery life, making it particularly suitable for demanding clinical or field use. It features a clear LED display showing SpO₂, pulse rate, pulse amplitude bar graph, and audible pulse tone. The device is shock- and vibration-tested, performs reliably across a broad temperature range, and can be fitted with a protective boot to enhance durability. Day and night display modes ensure good visibility in all lighting conditions, while continuous operation of up to 37 hours supports extended monitoring without frequent battery changes.
The BCI 3301 handheld pulse oximeter offers a compact, ergonomic design with simple two-button operation, making it easy to use by clinicians in fast-paced environments. Its bright LED display is readable in low-light conditions, and the unit is compatible with all SMPM sensors, allowing flexibility across different patient types from neonates to adults. Powered by three C-cell batteries, it provides reliable performance for routine spot checks and transport monitoring.
Together, these pulse oximeters offer a practical and versatile monitoring solution where portability, reliability, and ease of use are essential.
