The NIBP Hose: Welch Allyn 4500-34 Compatible Dual Tube Air Hose offers a durable, leak-free connection for accurate non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) monitoring. Measuring 2.5 m, this high-quality dual-tube hose replaces Welch Allyn part numbers 4500-34 (5 ft) and 4500-35 (10 ft), ensuring full compatibility with Connex Spot, Spot Vital Signs LXi, and 6000 Series monitors.
Made from kink-resistant PVC jacket tubing, the hose provides consistent airflow for adult and paediatric blood pressure monitoring. It includes dual FlexiPort-style connectors for secure coupling and is CE and FDA certified for clinical use.

Customs and duties

Returns
SelfiMed offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be in the same condition as received and suitable for resale.
Please note that brand new items must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once a new item has been opened or used, it may no longer qualify for return as new, and any accepted return may be subject to restocking fees.
For hygiene reasons, opened CPAP masks, CPAP parts and CPAP accessories, including tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
