5) Order Arrived but You Did Not Read the Description Properly

If your item matches the description but you ordered the wrong size, model, or compatibility by mistake, this will be considered a change of mind return.

4) Shipment Refused by Destination Customs (Used Medical Devices)

If a shipment is refused by customs — whether due to unpaid duties/fees or because local regulations prohibit the import — the following applies:

Who pays? For deliveries outside the UK, the recipient (buyer) is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all local import charges. I purchased this used item for my mother who has been very ill and now in a care home. Unfortunately the Rotunda wasn’t in a condition that was safe to use for my mum in the care home as the rotating floor disc was rusty and didn’t flow around easily when stood on.. the care home wasn’t prepared to used it for their H& S procedures so I’ve had to return it. Customer service has been great and very accommodating, no complaints there, so helpful on returning the item and made arrangements to collect it with the courier..
just waiting for my refund now but it’s only been a day. Definitely use the company again, it’s nice to have good customer service and communication these days .
